CF Care Fund: Providing cystic fibrosis patients with care and support.

We’re so grateful you want to make a gift to the CF Care Fund. There are several types of donations you can make; all support the work of the CF Care Fund and improve the health and well being of patients with CF.

General Donation
Make a general contribution in your own name.

Tribute Donation
Make a contribution in honor of a living loved one, friend or colleague. We will be happy to send an acknowledgment to the person you are honoring.

Memorial Donation
Make a contribution in memory of a loved one, friend or colleague. We will be happy to send an acknowledgment to the family of the person you are remembering.

Matching Gift Donation
Allow your company to match your contribution to the Fund through its matching gift program. If you are unsure whether your employer offers this benefit, contact your Human Resources department.

Making a Donation
We accept donations in cash, check, online payment, or marketable securities. To make a donation, please mail your check to:

Or pay online (Please note that Google will deduct 3% of your donation for processing fees. When a check is sent, we receive the entirety of the donation.)

Please include through our contact form or letter:

1. Your name, address and phone number.
2. Your donation number (found on your receipt) if paying online.
3. The type of donation you are making.
4. If it is a memorial or tribute donation, the name of the person you are honoring or remembering, as well as the name and address where we should send an acknowledgment.
